Second LOTD love goes to Penelope Cruz who wore a beautiful one-shoulder, geometric, fringe dress at the 2008 New York Film Critic's Circle Awards on Monday at NYC. She won for Best Supporting Actress in Vicky Cristina Barcelona. I want to see it. Penelope AND Scarlett? I'm there! ;) On another subject, I recently saw her in Volver - AMAZING. She is such a great actress and gorgeous....!
